​​​Our Standard Residential Services include

​

• Dust from top to bottom: Dust ceiling fans, vents, light fixtures, walls, and baseboards to ensure dust falls to the floor for later cleanup.

• Clean windows and treatments: Wash windows inside and out, clean window sills and tracks, and launder curtains or wipe down blinds.

• Sanitize high-touch areas: Disinfect doorknobs, light switches, and electronic devices like remote controls and phone receivers.

• Deep clean floors: Vacuum under and behind all furniture, and consider shampooing. Carpets or deep cleaning hardwood/tile floors to remove embedded dirt and allergens.

• Declutter and organize: Empty cabinets, drawers, and closets to sort through items, donating or discarding anything you no longer need, then clean the inside of the storage spaces.

• Empty and sanitize bins: Thoroughly wipe down and disinfect all trash cans and recycling bins, both inside and out.

Kitchen and Bathrooms

• Appliances: Clean the interior and exterior of the refrigerator and freezer, discarding expired items and vacuuming the condenser coils. Run the oven's self-cleaning cycle or scrub it manually, and degrease the stovetop and range hood.

• Cabinets and Pantry: Empty all cabinets and the pantry, wipe down the inside of shelves and doors, and reorganize items before placing them back.

• Sink and Dishwasher: Scrub and sanitize the sink and faucet thoroughly, and run an empty dishwasher with a cleaning solution (like vinegar and baking soda) to remove buildup and odors. 

• Grout and Tiles: Scrub tiles and grout lines to remove mildew and soap scum.

• Fixtures: Descale the showerhead and faucets to improve water flow and shine.

• Storage: Empty cabinets and vanity drawers, wiping down the interiors.

• Toilet: Clean and disinfect the toilet thoroughly, including the base, hinges, and behind the fixture.

Bedrooms

​

• Upholstery and Bedding: Remove cushions from sofas and chairs to vacuum the crevices, and launder all bedding, including duvets, pillows, and mattress covers.

• Mattress Care: Vacuum the mattress with an upholstery attachment and flip or rotate it to ensure even wear.

• Behind Furniture: Move large furniture pieces to clean the floor and wall areas behind and underneath them.
